2016 King of Wings - People's Choice

Muffer's Kitchen has recently relocated to the heart of Downtown Binghamton and are now located inside Spotlight on Court St. Muffer's is a family owned and family run restaurant. "When we were young we called our Grandmother "Muffer." Both of our Grandparents came to Binghamton in the 1930's from Bessemer, Alabama. One of the many legacies they left for us was the memory of how delicious Muffer's food was. So in 2016, to honor everything they gave us, we created Muffer's Kitchen. Muffer's is a small soul food restaurant that serves food just like "Mama" made it!"

Muffer's Kitchen created a Salted Caramel Wing for Binghamton Wingfest 2016 which won the hearts and votes of the majority of guests attending. The wings were created using a closely guarded family recipe for a special salt and caramel syrup. All we can tell you, is it's the same syrup you can find on their amazing chicken and waffles dinner!
